Wildwood Shores is a development offered by Dunrich Holding Company, L.P, an affiliate of Colorado Mountain Development.

Colorado Mountain Development (CMD) has been in the land business for the past 35 years, and a member of the Better Business Bureau since 1989. During that time, CMD has developed some spectacular properties in the Rocky Mountain Region of Colorado, giving people the opportunity to own a little piece of the majestic mountains located within the state of Colorado. CMD has developed many properties across the state of Colorado, to include Indian Mountain, Western Union Ranch, Pueblo West, Silver Spurs Ranch, Christopher Ranch and Canyon Springs just to name a few. In addition to these Colorado developments, CMD has successfully developed properties in other great locations. In the past 10 years, CMD has branched out to other places in the United States, to include New Mexico, Arizona and just recently, the Great State of Texas.

Wildwood Shores is the first of what will hopefully be many developments in Texas completed by Dunrich Holding Company. Jerry Dunn, President and founder of CMD, and Partner Richard Jennings, formed Dunrich Holding Company in 2001 to develop Wildwood Shores.
